Keep your account secure
Never send an OTP, bank password, Plaid access token, Supabase key or other secret. Tyzex support will not ask you to disclose one.

Urgent bank issues
For suspected fraud, a payment dispute or urgent bank access issue, contact your bank directly. Tyzex cannot block payments or move money.
