Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Tyzex. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use Tyzex lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
The Tyzex service
Tyzex provides tools for viewing connected financial information, organising transactions, planning savings goals and receiving informational financial insights. Tyzex does not hold, transfer or manage your money.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your email account and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You may not access another person’s account or bypass Tyzex security controls.
Bank connections and third-party services
Bank connections are provided through Plaid and participating financial institutions. Their availability, data and terms are outside Tyzex’s control. Supabase and other infrastructure or AI providers may also be used to operate the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Tyzex for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe another user’s data or try to obtain credentials, tokens or source systems.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not rely on Tyzex as a substitute for a qualified professional.
Data accuracy and availability
Connected-bank data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated or incorrect. Calculations and insights depend on the information available at the time. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance, bank outages or third-party interruptions.
Your content and Tyzex materials
You retain rights in information and images you submit. You permit Tyzex to process that content as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Tyzex software, branding and product materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Closing your account
You may stop using Tyzex, disconnect banks or request permanent account deletion from More → Security. Tyzex may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or address a serious breach of these Terms.
Important limitations
Tyzex is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for checking financial information and making your own decisions.
Changes and contact
Tyzex may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be presented through an appropriate product or website notice. Questions can be sent to hello@tyzex.app.
